Melania Trump (2017–2021)

Melania focused on her “Be Best” campaign, which aimed to address the well-being of youth, advocating against cyberbullying and drug use. Her public persona was marked by a sense of privacy and a keen interest in fashion.

Jill Biden (2021–present)

Jill Biden is known for her advocacy in education, military families, and cancer research. She is a lifelong educator and the first First Lady to continue her career while in office, teaching at a community college. Her initiative, Joining Forces, co-founded with Michelle Obama, supports military families.

Michelle Obama (2009–2017)
